These Terms govern access to and use of W3Match as an invite-only networking and collaboration-discovery platform.

  • W3Match is currently a free networking and collaboration-discovery platform.
  • You must be 18+ to use it.
  • AI suggestions are supportive only and do not guarantee any outcome.
  • Private messaging must be lawful, respectful, and non-abusive.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of W3Match. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use W3Match.

1. Operator

W3Match is currently operated by Pawnie.

2. What W3Match Is

W3Match is a networking and collaboration-discovery platform designed to help users create profiles, discover potentially relevant people or projects, receive AI-assisted recommendations, and communicate through private in-platform messaging.

W3Match is not an employment agency, legal advisor, financial advisor, payment institution, crypto exchange, broker, marketplace settlement operator, or guarantor of any outcome between users.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use W3Match.
  • You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
  • If you use W3Match on behalf of a company or project, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

4. Accounts And Access

Access to W3Match may require registration and authentication through supported login methods, including X. You are responsible for securing your account and for all activities carried out through it unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized use.

5. Profiles

W3Match allows users to create profiles containing information such as display name, handle, avatar, bio, tags, roles, specialties, collaboration interests, links, and contact preferences. Some profile information may be visible publicly or to other users, depending on your settings and the structure of the platform.

6. AI-Assisted Recommendations

W3Match may use automated systems and AI-assisted tools to generate recommendations, explanations, and matching suggestions. These outputs are provided for informational and supportive purposes only.

AI-assisted recommendations are not guarantees of compatibility, trustworthiness, quality, or business success. You remain solely responsible for deciding whether to act on any recommendation or suggestion shown by the platform.

7. Private Messaging

W3Match may provide private in-platform messaging between users. You may use private messaging only in a lawful, respectful, and good-faith manner.

You must not use the platform or its messaging tools to:

  • harass, threaten, or abuse others,
  • send spam or unsolicited promotions,
  • impersonate another person or entity,
  • scam, defraud, manipulate, or phish other users,
  • distribute unlawful or harmful content,
  • or facilitate illegal activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

  • no false or misleading information,
  • no rights infringement,
  • no unauthorized scraping or bulk downloading,
  • no unauthorized access attempts,
  • no harmful automation, malware, or disruption,
  • and no use of W3Match in violation of applicable law.

9. Reporting, Moderation, And Enforcement

We may investigate abuse reports, unlawful activity, and violations of these Terms. We may take moderation or enforcement measures including warnings, content removal, visibility restrictions, communication restrictions, account suspension, and account termination where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, protect the platform, or comply with the law.

10. User Content

You retain your rights in the content and information you submit to W3Match. By uploading, submitting, publishing, or sending content through the platform, you grant W3Match a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, and process that content to the extent necessary to operate, secure, and provide the platform in accordance with your settings and these Terms.

11. Availability And Liability

W3Match is provided on an as is and as available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, accurate recommendations, trustworthy users, or successful collaborations.

12. Complaints

If you wish to submit a complaint about the platform or an action taken by the operator, you can contact Pawnie via X.

13. Account Deletion

You may stop using W3Match at any time. If account deletion tools are available in the product, you may use them; otherwise you may contact the operator. Deleting an account does not necessarily mean immediate deletion of every related data point if retention is required for legal compliance, abuse prevention, security, or the defense of claims.

14. Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms where necessary due to changes in law, platform functionality, infrastructure, or operating requirements. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the platform or another appropriate communication channel.
